You will have the responsibility for capturing, managing, and delivering project requirements; providing expertise and guidance on Brennan's technology offerings, guiding customers through their delivery journey, and ultimately ensuring that the delivered solution provides a suitably high return on the customer's investment.
Your Key Responsibilities: Work with the Project Manager to define and plan project delivery, schedules and resource requirementsLead client discovery sessions to develop an understanding of the right solution fit for their needsDevelop detailed and unambiguous requirements documentation to clearly articulate client requirementsEnsure that projects are delivered according to the selected implementation methodologyActive involvement in project delivery activities and ceremonies e.g.
Sprint planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.Presentation of artefacts, demonstrations of system functionality, and knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholdersSupport consultants, project managers, technical leads, developers, and testers concurrently across multiple streams of workPost-implementation support, including system testing, user training, and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new solutionsParticipate in the presales process in assessing customer needs vs platform capabilitySkills You Need To Be Successful In The Role: Minimum 5 years experience in delivering software solutions, specifically functional configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power PlatformDemonstrated knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, project management, pre-sales and account management, strategic analysis and planningExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAble to build and maintain strong relationships with clientsAble to lead and facilitate stakeholder workshopsAble to accurately capture, document and articulate the needs and requirements of their clientsDemonstrated experience in successfully leading consulting engagements that have produced positive and tangible business outcomesNote: As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a Technical Assessment and National Criminal History Check.
