Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant to join our team in Brisbane.
You will have the responsibility for capturing, managing, and delivering project requirements; providing expertise and guidance on Brennan's technology offerings, guiding customers through their delivery journey, and ultimately ensuring that the delivered solution provides a suitably high return on the customer's investment.
Your Key Responsibilities: Work with the Project Manager to define and plan project delivery, schedules and resource requirementsLead client discovery session to develop an understanding of the right solution fit for their needsDevelop detailed and unambiguous requirements documentation to clearly articulate client requirements.Ensure that projects are delivered according to the selected implementation methodology.Active involvement in project delivery activities and ceremonies e.g.
Sprint planning, Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives, etc.Presentation of artefacts, demonstrations of system functionality, and knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders.Support consultants, project managers, technical leads, developers, and testers concurrently across multiple concurrent streams of work.Post-implementation support, including system testing, user training, and troubleshooting, to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new solutions.Participate in the presales process in assessing customer needs vs platform capability. Skills You Need To Be Successful In The Role: Minimum 5 years experience in delivering software solutions, specifically functional configuration experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform.Demonstrated knowledge of governance frameworks, risk management, project management, pre-sales and account management, strategic analysis and planning.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Able to lead and facilitate stakeholder workshops.Able to accurately capture, document and articulate the needs and requirements of their clients.Demonstrated experience in successfully leading consulting engagements that have produced positive and tangible business outcomes. Note: As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a Technical Assessment and National Criminal History Check.
