About the Role
As a Dynamics 365 CE - Senior Functional Consultant, you'll be the conduit between the client's business users, stakeholders and the technical development teams. This is a challenging and rewarding role to grow your existing analysis, design, communication and diplomatic abilities. You'll be comfortable in front of clients at all levels as you'll be leading workshops, eliciting requirements, crafting solutions and articulating Microsoft concepts.
What you'll do
As Dynamics 365 CE - Senior Functional Consultant, you will be across multiple projects with high profile clients. Our projects are typically end to end deliveries, combining both CE and ERP together and pairing with portals, mobile and deep integration to customer systems.
We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders' changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.
What you'll bring
The successful candidate for this role will be seen as an expert in their field and will have demonstrated experience and success in a similar, client facing role. Additionally, we're looking for the following:
Plenty of experience leading the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CE systems and an understanding of Sales, Service and Marketing principles.
Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE/CRM) and Power Platforms is essential.
Experience with presales and shaping projects is a plus.
Enjoyment of being hands-on and willingness to train customers or mentor junior team members.
