We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Rehabilitation Consultant or Functional Assessor to move in a Senior role. Your portfolio will consist of Functional Assessments, Pre-Employment Medicals and Earning Capacity Assessments. You will be responsible for the timely completion of assessments and reports, with no ongoing case management!
As a Senior, you will be seen as a subject matter expect within the FCE portfolio, and work with our managers to provide training and mentoring to support the growth of junior consultants.
You will be joining Procare Group amidst an exciting phase of growth, working with our Metro Sydney team based in our Alexandria, Macquarie Park or Parramatta office.
The role is busy but incredibly collaborative and rewarding and enables you to:
Manage new referrals for one-off functional assessments, liaising with injured people, health professionals, and insurers, to support individual recoveryComplete Functional Assessments and reportsFull autonomy in planning your diary and bookingsParticipate in monthly huddle groups and workshops with other assessors for discussions, problem solving and upskillingWork with the NSW management team to ensure timely turnaround of reportsWe are flexible with working hours and we have scope for a full time, part time or casual position.
