You must have industry-leading technical abilities and excellent communication skills.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the product owner and team members to discover, plan, develop, test, ship and maintain softwareSolve product/project problems and difficulties independentlyMentor and train software engineersProvide technical interviews in the area of expertiseContribute both in frontend and backend software development based on the team's need (although most of the time your preferred side of the stack can be accommodated)Be open to learning new languages, technologies and frameworks based on your team's needsIdentify key technical challenges and improvements, and work with other seniors and architects to evolve the stackAlign feature development to the definition of done, functional and non functional requirementsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer science or a related field5 years of professional work experience in nodejs Experience with front end state management tools and CSS frameworksExperience with microservices, event-driven architectureExperience working with databases (MongoDB, PosgreSQL)Confidence with developer tooling (version control, CICD, etc..)Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures
