The Senior Full Stack Engineer role brings deep expertise in either frontend or backend Development, while being knowledgeable in the technologies used across the stack.
The Senior Full Stack Engineer significantly contributes to the goals of their assigned agile squad, influences engineering practices and provides guidance to the other engineers in the squad.
Responsibilities:Develop projects for global and national clientsDesign and implement effective end to end solutions, including user experiences, API and supporting services in collaboration with BA, Design and QACollaborate with Solution Architects and Tech Leads to ensure application designs are cohesive and align with the overall architecture strategyEnsure coding standards and best practices are implemented while continuously raising the level of the quality practicesMentor and develop junior colleaguesTroubleshoot and help to resolve complex technical issues - be proactive in identifying and addressing potential problemsEnsure that technical documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
This includes solution design documents, API specifications, and user guidesParticipate in daily stand-ups, planning and estimation of tasks, and code reviewing peers and junior colleagues' workQualifications & Experience:Minimum 4-5 years prior experience in front-end and backend developmentExperience working on large-scale cloud application and AWS infrastructureExpertise in NodeJS with experience in other languagesProficient in core HTML/CSS3 and CSS animationKnowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6-2022) and TypeScript with expertise using React (or other JS Framework), to create components and applicationsKnowledge of Sass, SCSS or Less preprocessorsExpertise in Redux and RxJSProficient in API design using RESTful techniquesA deep understanding of data structure and database designExperience working in real-time environments using WebSocketsExperience with containerization e.g.
