We provide value in the market like no other.About the role:As a Senior Full Stack .Net Engineer you would be working with CTB Quantaco, working on the range of products and services under the CTB umbrella.Our Engineers are thought leaders in the business and have direct input into the design and direction of our products and services. Join us on our mission to deliver data insights and innovative solutions for our customers.You will be working on the development and enhancement of key products within the CTB suite, under different projects. One project could be working on an invoice processing application and another is the development of an online marketplace that optimises restaurant supply chains. Both projects are looking for a senior, design-first developer to apply creativity and experience in developing the product suite further.You will be supported by an engaging Chief Technology Officer and report into the Head of Engineering. Working as part of a technology team of 22, you will collaborate effectively with the team on these web-based programs that deliver critical operational and management information to businesses in the hospitality industry.We are a friendly and collaborative team. You'll always be learning at Quantaco.Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable and robust application architecture to support growth and performance.Advocate and guide junior developers in adhering to best coding practices, including SOLID principles and DRY methodology.Develop and refine processes for software releases, version control using Git, and other development workflows.Ensure comprehensive testing of code to maintain high quality and functionality.Proactively identify limitations in existing code and recommend improvements to enhance performance and maintainability.Provide mentorship and support to junior developers, fostering their professional growth and skill development.Lead code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality deliverables and knowledge sharing within the team.Facilitate team meetings and discussions, ensuring effective communication and alignment on project goals and timelines.About you:5+ years of full stack development experience with .NET technologies and TypeScript, including leadership roles.Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, and RESTful API design, with a focus on scalable architecture.Proficient in modern front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, or Vue.js) using TypeScript, with a strong eye for UI/UX design.Extensive experience with MongoDB and SQL Server; ability to design, optimize, and manage complex database systems.Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.Proficient with Git for version control, ensuring code quality and smooth collaboration across the team.Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments, leading sprint planning, and retrospectives while ensuring team alignment.Ability to contribute to architectural decisions and influence technical direction for projects.Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills to address complex technical challenges effectively.Exceptional communication skills, with a track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Commitment to writing clean, maintainable code and implementing best practices in software development.Experience with unit testing and debugging practices to ensure high-quality deliverables.Passion for learning new technologies and staying up to date with industry trends, encouraging a culture of innovation within the team.At Quantaco we value your wellbeing.
