Role Overview
This role is part of the engineering team that applies the best of open source technologies to a challenging domain where software meets network.
As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in transforming part of our backend systems using new microservice implementations and ensuring our developers workflow follows best practices.
To do this, you'll have in-depth knowledge and understanding of Software Engineering, web application software, and design principles.
You must have industry-leading technical abilities and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the product owner and team members to discover, plan, develop, test, ship and maintain software Solve product/project problems and difficulties independently Mentor and train software engineers Provide technical interviews in the area of expertise Be open to learning new languages, technologies and frameworks based on your team's needs Identify key technical challenges and improvements, and work with other seniors and architects to evolve the stack Align feature development to the definition of done, functional and non functional requirements Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer science or a related field 5 years of professional work experience in a frontend framework like ReactJS, Angular or VueJS Experience working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures Experience with front end state management tools Experience with any CSS framework (e.g.
