Senior Front End Developer - React Permanent Full Time Position
Based in Melbourne CBD
Hybrid/WFH: 3 Office days per week (New normal BTW)
Reporting to the Squad Lead, be a key part of the Development team in this Financial Services organisation (best in their industry) who has a great culture and is growing at a fast rate. This is working on a brand new project with all the latest Tech.
Must have experience: Minimum 6 years experience in Front End Development with ReactSome AWS & Java experience (Nice to have)Strong Agile experienceStrong communication skillsGit, Team City Pipelines & Cypress Automation Testing (nice to have)You must be able to go into the Melbourne office 3 days per weekThis role is based with a Leading Financial Services company building very interesting products used by lots of customers. This role will have you part of a team of 5 Front End Developers who are shaping the Front End into better ways! The overall squad works mostly back end and there are about 12 Developers in the Melbourne team. As a Senior Developer, you'll work to help mentor and guide Junior Developers.
What You'll Do: Working alongside a great Development team with strong leadership, you'll work on new features, new projects, and some BAU and updating the UI to ensure the product is the best it can be.Identification, investigation, verification, and rectification of new/documented software bugs.Assisting with scoping/planning/development of new/modified features and functionality based on Jira stories.Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle for allocated development projects.Our client has a stunning new office in the heart of the CBD, the location is perfect right next to public transport.
