THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a Senior Front-End Developer to join our Product team at PageUp, a leading SaaS company specialising in talent acquisition solutions.
Our team mission is to accelerate the development of our Global Experience Language and its associated reusable front-end platform.
Your expertise will be essential in crafting modern, accessible, and engaging user experiences across our entire product suite.

In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing our adoption platform capabilities and driving front-end initiatives.
Reporting directly into the Principal Front-end Developer, you'll also collaborate closely with dedicated Developers, Experience Designers, and Product Managers.

We're seeking an individual with a strong command of front-end technologies, particularly React, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, a passion for accessibility, and seamlessly integrating design and development to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You will operationalise our design system by translating innovative concepts into functional, accessible, and scalable web interfaces.

KEY OUTCOMES
Collaborate with technical stakeholders to design and implement solutions that align with our product strategy and architectural vision.
Contribute to the roadmap by balancing short-term product innovations with long-term platform objectives.
Embed quality security practices within the team culture and processes to maintain secure systems.
Support the operational health of platform capabilities and assist in planning work effectively to ensure predictable outcomes.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous improvement.
ABOUT YOU
Technical Skills : 5+ years of experience with React, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
A strong understanding of accessibility principles in web development.
Product Environment: You have experience and thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional product team environment, actively exchanging feedback regularly Purpose Driven : Take ownership of initiatives and drive them into production, prioritising valuable outcomes for our customers Communicative : Proactively share challenges and ideas and collaborate with the wider product team to devise effective solutions Courageous : Advocate for the best solutions, champion bold ideas, and inspire others to embrace innovation Mentorship : Provide technical direction and support to team members, nurturing their growth and development Highly regarded skills:
Familiarity with .NET and design systems.
Experience authoring open-source libraries.
