We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst with a strong emphasis on financial modelling to join our growing global finance team at Prezzee.  Working closely with our CFO, you deliver in-depth financial analysis, drive the annual budget and forecasting processes, and provide actionable insights through sophisticated financial models.

This is a Hybrid role, based in Sydney.

About the role:  Advanced Financial Modeling: Develop, maintain, and enhance detailed financial models to support global team decision-making. Ensure models are robust, accurate, and adaptable to evolving business requirements. Budget & Forecast Processes: Lead the coordination and execution of the annual budgeting process and regular forecasts, utilising complex models to ensure precision and reliability. Data Analysis & Insights: Transform complex financial data into actionable insights. Analyse business trends and performance metrics to guide strategic decisions. Process Documentation: Create and refine standard FP&A processes, ensuring consistency and alignment across the organisation. Risk & Opportunity Evaluation: Identify and assess risks and opportunities within financial models and forecasts. Provide recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalise on opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Financial Control, Data, Sales, and other functions to ensure strategic alignment and optimal resource allocation. Finance Systems Development: Contribute to the development and enhancement of finance systems to improve FP&A activities and modelling accuracy. Performance Tracking: Manage advanced analytical models and KPIs to track and evaluate financial performance, providing detailed performance analysis. What You Bring BSc/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CA/CPA or CFA qualification. Proven experience in FP&A, with a strong background in financial modelling, ideally in a scale-up or fast-growth company. Experience in tech/fintech is advantageous. Proficiency in developing and managing complex financial models and forecasting tools. Strong knowledge of data analysis, forecasting methodologies, and ERP accounting software.
