Global property group Mix of FP&A and business partnering $120k - $140k + Super This high profile property group has offices around the world and a long standing successful set up in Australia.
With their APAC head office based in Sydney, they have a large finance team providing great long term opportunities for their staff and a positive, vibrant working culture.
As Senior FP&A Analyst in a key division, your duties will include: Business partnering with key stakeholders across marketing, leasing, operations etc Monthly/quarterly performance reporting and analysis across key metrics Commercial decision support to drive margins and profitability Financial modelling and scenario analysis Assisting with long term planning (5 year strategy) Budgeting and forecasting Data analytics and developing new dashboards (PowerBI) You must be CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years total experience in Finance & Accounting and be currently an FP&A Analyst or Finance Business Partner within a large complex business.
You will have exposure to budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and be comfortable working with large data sets.
In addition, excellent business partnering skills, ability to interpret financial data, a positive approach, and commercial acumen are all key.
