Develop and manage detailed financial forecasts and budgets, providing insights to guide commercial strategies and ensure alignment with company objectives.Conduct in-depth analysis on pricing, margins, and cost structure to assess financial impacts and support decision-making.Prepare monthly management reports, board decks, and presentations that communicate financial performance and key metrics.
Influence decision-making processes through financial insights.Drive process improvements and implement best practices in FP&A functions.Work closely with commercial teams and senior management to refine forecasts and budgets, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to the dynamic needs of a startup environment.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; CFA or CPA preferred but not essential.5 years' experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a scale-up or high-growth environment.Proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling.Strong knowledge of financial software and tools (e.g.
