They've just been through an incredibly stressful experience, and now need to figure out how to get a replacement vehicle while theirs is being fixed, deal with insurance companies and they have no idea where to begin.That's where we come in! We put our clients in a replacement vehicle and work with them, insurers, and repairers taking the hassle out of it for our clients.About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity to own the FP&A function in a dynamic, fast paced business. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Finance, the Senior FP&A Analyst will challenge the status quo, actively seek opportunities to enhance the FP&A function and take it to the next level.ResponsibilitiesMonthly financial board reportingQuarterly bank covenant reportingLead the development and reporting of the annual budget and periodic forecastingAdministration of group financial planning software: Adaptive PlanningBusiness partnering across functions providing financial modelling and analysisAbout YouWith 5+ years experience in FP&A and business partnering, you've got a clear view of what good looks like and are keen to find ways to strengthen the function. You take initiative, enjoy building strong cross functional relationships and are comfortable pivoting in a fast moving business environment.To be successful in this role you will have developed strong excel financial modelling skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills. Furthermore, you will have previous experience using Adaptive Planning or similar software used in financial reporting and forecasting, as well as experience in Oracle NetSuite or an equivalent ERP system.
