MARS are partnering with a high performing financial services organisation that have experienced rapid growth in recent years. They're looking to hire a switched on and capable Senior FP&A Analyst with strong financial modelling skills, to join their team.The core responsibilities of this position involve financial modelling, cashflow forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting and analysis, and providing strategic insights.The Role:Advanced Financial Modeling: Build, maintain, and refine comprehensive financial models to support global decision-making. Ensure models are accurate, reliable, and adaptable to changing business needs.Budget & Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasts, ensuring precision through the use of sophisticated models.Data Analysis & Insights: Convert complex financial data into actionable insights by analyzing business trends and performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making.Process Optimisation: Develop and enhance standard FP&A processes to drive consistency and alignment across the organisation.Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify key risks and opportunities within financial models and forecasts, offering recommendations to minimise risks and maximise potential growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Financial Control, Sales, Data, and other teams to align strategies and ensure effective resource allocation.Finance Systems Development: Support the development and optimization of financial systems to improve FP&A functions and enhance model accuracy.Performance Analysis: Manage advanced models and KPIs to monitor financial performance, delivering detailed analysis to drive continuous improvement.The Requirements:Must hold a Bachelor's degree and CA/CPA qualification.Comprehensive experience in financial modelling and analysis is required.Proven experience in building models from scratch, as well as BI and visualisation tools (essential).Experience in Financial Services/Fintech is highly preferable.Strong communicator and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.Ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload.To Note:Only candidates that have strong financial modelling skills will be shortlisted.They operate a hybrid working model of 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.Only Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents will be considered for this role.
