Forensic Accounting Manager Job OverviewThe Lead Group is seeking an experienced Forensic Accounting Manager to lead a team in Brisbane, consulting clients and creating expert reports with significant impact on the wider business.About the Role:Provide forensic accounting services for complex financial matters, advising clients and creating reports across various assignments within the Forensic Accounting business.Lead a team, develop business, and provide leadership within the forensics team.Manage a range of forensic accounting services with minimal supervision.Liaise with partners on material issues arising in client assignments.Liaise with clients, legal representatives, other professionals, and organizations at all levels.Promote the firm and its partners to secure referrals and assignments.Review reports for clients.Attend marketing meetings as required.Participate in client meetings, instructing solicitors and experts as applicable.Maintain corporate insolvent client affairs, ensuring statutory obligations are met, assets recovered, and investigations completed professionally.Supervise staff, reviewing work papers and files.Regularly review staff performance and productivity.Manage workflow and resource allocation to complete assignments within time and cost budgets.Required Skills and Qualifications:5+ years of experience in litigation support, expert witness engagements, business valuation, and/or forensic accounting.Bachelor's degree in Business or Accounting, or CA/CPA qualification.Specializations in fraud examination, forensic accounting, business valuations, data analysis, or information technology are advantageous.Experience with Relativity, Tableau, or similar applications is desirable.Technical expertise in litigation support, expert witness engagements, business valuation, and/or forensic accounting.Advanced financial modeling skills, practice management, people leadership, team management, business development, client relationships, quality standards, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills.Proficient in MS Office suite with Excel financial modeling skills, flexibility, and attention to detail.Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.A competitive salary package.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for career growth and development.
