Responsibilities include: Partnering with marketing, industrial, quality and procurement to manage projects from feasibility stage through to launch, including developing timelines and designing to a target formulation cost whilst monitoring overall PCI impacts to the project. Develop clear reporting on risks and provide recommendations and solutions for mitigation plan. Develop new products and process as part of the innovation pipeline for the relevant category. Identify and Improve on existing product through renovation projects. Lead the launch of product innovation, About you: 5 years experience in a similar role Degree in food science/technology, food/chemical engineering, biochemistry, nutrition, microbiology or chemistry or food-related postgraduate qualification or similar. Dairy or FMCG industry experience with new product development (NPD) is desirable. Will have strong end-to-end product development and project management experience. The ability and passion to mentor and assist in the development of members of the food technologist team.
