This is an established company of over a decade with more than 40 staff through Sydney that specialise in Fire Safety & Fire Services for Facilities and Buildings across Sydney.The clients they service are a mix of large strata, commercial, industrial and multi-storey buildings and they cover all aspects from mechanical fire, essential safety measures, HVAC, compliance, passive & more.The business provides a pathway for career development such as this role with progression to advance titles and roles, increasing earnings, flexibility, and a genuine atmosphere that is fun, collaborative and open-minded.The PositionThis position is a senior level role in the business in which you will be testing, servicing and handling technical needs of mechanical fire services on client sites around ventilation and exhaust systems. This role is looking to advance to a supervisor role in the medium term where you will have technicians working under you.Testing mechanical fire services in facilitiesMechanical fire, ventilation, exhaust systems, dampers & moreVisiting client sites, high rises, car parks, commercial buildingsCheck issues, repair faults, select correct course of actionRoutine checks and assessments of mechanical fire systemsReporting, quoting, assessing and defect reportingGrowth role to promote into a supervisor in the short to medium termCollaborative team and senior management to work withClient sites mainly in metro Sydney area and surroundsThe BenefitsIncredible company culture and collaborative teamSalary $90,000 - $120,000 depending on experienceVehicle or Car Allowance on top of SalaryA brand that will aid you in your further growthGrowth role that will promote to a Supervisory roleEstablished enviable client list of major commercial sitesFlexibility and a genuine appreciation for work/life balanceJoining fellow likeminded people with industry experienceAbility to mentor juniors and take on a leadership roleThe Experience NeededTo be considered for this role it is essential that you have experience in Mechanical Fire toward ventilation and exhaust systems. You will have experience in completing service, compliance, checks, defects and technical work on mechanical fire.Experience in mechanical fireUnderstanding mechanical issues, correction, repairKnowledge of ventilation and exhaust systemsIdeally accredited in FPAS measures relating to HVACAbility to tend to test, service, report & understand technicalHave a strong eye for detail, safety and complianceUnderstanding practical fire safety for mechanical fireCan work in a flexible autonomous nature at times
