Join our Team The Financial Systems team provides the technical and functional resources, expertise and guidance necessary to ensure the operation, administration, maintenance, security and confidentiality of the Department's financial systems, providing a first point of contact for functional support to business managers and finance officers, to inform, educate and promote good financial management practices.
The Roles As Business Analyst (Level 5), you will be developing business solutions to meet the changing needs of the Department of Communities by providing Consultancy, Process redesign, Project Management, Analysis, Design, Package Evaluation and Software development for the Department Financial Systems.
You will have a direct impact on the organisation's financial management capability and the level of service delivery from the broader finance team.
As a Financial System Controller (Level 5), you will be responsible for the development, enhancement and maintenance of financial systems and accounting control environment and financial reporting.
Controlling the delivery of Systems Development requirements and task allocations to meet development timetables identified by the Manager Financial Systems.
As a Senior Financial Systems Controller (Level 6), you will be responsible for providing consultancy on business improvement opportunities, monitoring and delivering operational reporting across Finance and Business Services, and proposing and developing business solutions to meet the changing needs of the Department of Communities.
