PCA Ground Engineering delivers best-in-class ground engineering solutions across industrial, commercial, environmental, mining, and infrastructure sectors. PCA is a ground engineering and civil contractor specializing in Piling, Micropiling, Engineering, Ground Improvement, Shotcrete, Earth Retention, Slope Stabilization, and Grouting.
This position is suited to someone with an extensive financial background; the ideal candidates would be working as a Financial Controller or Finance Manager. The individual we are seeking will be challenged by a growing company presented with significant opportunities, and you will be part of a dynamic team where you can freely test strategy in addition to being supported while implementing positive change.
What you'll do: Be the go-to person within the business for costing, financials, reporting, and process. Ensuring the company's KPIs are maintained to support business tendering, growth, and licensing opportunities/requirements. Overseeing all aspects of accounts payable, receivable, payroll, HR, and cash flow management. Ensuring any government incentives are sourced and completed (e.g., Research & Development grants). Manage our payroll & accounts team. What we need: Someone who has extensive experience working in finance. Civil Construction industry experience is essential. A good hard-working human who can be practical, empathetic, and a team player.
