Full-time Temporary with a Possibility of PermanencyDetails: The Program Management Office in Housing Assistance is looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join the team as the Senior Financial Analyst.
The Senior Financial Analyst would possess the knowledge to think strategically in an operational environment and possess excellent interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills. We are looking for an individual with demonstrated influencing, negotiation and engagement capabilities and an ability to develop and use relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders.

Eligibility/ Other Requirements: Experience in managing a housing portfolio and developing a capital program, including the necessary analysis, forecasting, monitoring and reporting or ability to acquire this knowledge quickly.
Experience in capital program management within a public trading enterprise (PTE).Experience using systems such as TM1, Oracle, Fulcrum, Homenet and Business Objects or similar systems.How to Apply: Please submit:
