Senior Financial Analyst

Overview:We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented finance professional to join our FP&A team. Working closely with the Finance Manager, the ideal candidate will have data analysis experience and excellent business partnering skills.Responsibilities:Financial Planning - Lead the Business Unit's annual budget and quarterly forecast processes. Ensure alignment across multiple functions.Financial Reporting and Analysis - Provide in-depth variance analysis of financial reports at period and quarter end. Identify, communicate, and present key drivers to Senior management.Deal Pricing - Develop and influence the structure of deal proposals and ensure alignment on key financial model inputs across internal stakeholders.Business Partnering - Provide decision-making support to key business stakeholders on various aspects of the business to ensure financial objectives are met.Corporate Reporting - Provide timely and accurate corporate reporting on a weekly/monthly basis.Qualifications:Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Finance within a corporate and/or commercial environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation, and informal communication skills to all levels of staff and management.Advanced in MS Excel (pivot-tables, v-lookups, Sumifs).Power BI and MS Dynamics 365 experience desirable.Financial planning system experience, Host Analytics or Essbase experience is a plus.Flexible and adaptable approach to meet changing business demands.
