We are currently searching for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team and support us on our journey to be the trades' most valuable partner.
About the Opportunity This is a fantastic opportunity to join our ANZ Regional FP&A Team based in Cremorne. As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will deliver high-quality, timely, and insightful financial performance reporting while also supporting the delivery of our annual budget, three-year corporate plan, and quarterly forecasts. You will work closely with senior leadership and provide business partnering to key business support functions within Reece.
You will be responsible for improving the quality of reporting, identifying performance drivers, and offering actionable insights to help shape financial and strategic objectives. About You We are looking for someone with experience in a business finance role within a large organisation who can bring the following skills and experience:
Excellent organisational and planning skills, with demonstrated ability to build out and deliver structured timelines. Proven ability to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis, with strong attention to detail. Experience coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units to deliver performance reporting and analysis. Effective communication and presentation skills to simplify complex data and present insights to leadership. Experience with reporting and planning systems such as Power BI and Oracle EPM (advantageous). Proficiency in building financial models and working with large, complex data sets. Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Commerce, or related field, along with CA/CPA qualifications.
