Join a leading financial services organization as a Senior Financial Analyst within a high-performing team of exceptional talent.
MARS Recruitment is working with a leading financial services firm to find an exceptional Senior Financial Analyst.
This pivotal role involves delivering prompt and proactive analyses to senior leadership, aiding in their decision-making processes.
As a key member of the team, you will offer essential financial support to the business by identifying influential industry factors, creating models to forecast long-term growth, analysing trends, and investigating unexpected variances.
Responsibilities also include reporting and monitoring business performance metrics related to revenue, cost of sales and expenses as well as contributing to monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports, and participating in budget creation and cashflow forecast maintenance.
They are seeking an individual with strong analytical abilities, a commercial mindset, creative thinking skills, and exceptional communication capabilities. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to the BoardManage the budget and forecasting procedures to ensure timely deliveryUndertake a comprehensive quarterly review processPerform monthly analysis and reporting, with a specific emphasis on gaining insight into the fundamental business driversPerform ad-hoc scenario analyses on transactions and projectsCollaborate with senior leaders to align business strategy with financial goalsDrive financial performance and operational excellence initiativesCriteria: 6+ years' experience in financial analysisStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting techniquesProficiency in financial software and tools i.e.
