We are currently seeking a senior financial analyst who is willing to lead process transformation efforts for traditional FP&A support. This will reduce the amount of manual work and enable the team to build scalable, repeatable, documented processes that are managed end-to-end by analysts on the team. This will enable the team to provide resource management guidance and product valuation support to the new product organization.
Let's talk about the role: Transforming the hardware/software/product FP&A processesOwning close variance reporting process end-to-endTraining operations partners in the financial reporting processes to ensure they are able to manage independently, increasing flexibility while maintaining transparency and strict cost managementOwning the forecasting process for GCP and guiding senior analysts/analysts to hit deadlines and ensure quality presentations and accurate forecastsHelp manage the tax reporting/resource management process to enable transparency throughout R&D spending, maximize tax credit, and reduce the manual processes Let's talk about you: Must have a strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to quickly understand new concepts and systemsMust be a strong communicator with the ability to create simple concise reporting with complex inputs and communicate at an executive levelMust be a self-starter and have a strong process orientation when approaching daily work as well as problem-solving opportunitiesMust take ownership of tasks and go beyond instructions, always seeking to improve, not just completeBachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in Finance, Economics, Statistics, IT, or a related disciplineRequires the ability to perform advanced spreadsheet modeling and maintenance in Microsoft ExcelRequires excellent understanding and use of Microsoft Word and PowerPointMust possess the ability to quickly learn system data-mining processesERP experience such as Oracle preferred, not requiredAnaplan, TM1, Cognos or other planning/business intelligence system experience preferred(Nice to have) 2+ years working in corporate finance for a medium/large, preferably technology or medical devices company Joining us is more than saying "yes" to making the world a healthier place.
