This role will be primarily responsible for the ongoing growth of your client portfolio through the provision of the highest level of service and advice to your clients, referrals, conversion of leads and business development via your own centres of influence.
There will be opportunity for further career progression and a pathway to partnership in addition to having your own Associate and CSM to support you in your role.
To be considered, as we expect a lot of interest, the desired criteria includes:
4+ years in a financial advisor role with demonstrated quality advice delivery experience
exemplary servicing and relationship building capabilities
strong new business development skills
the ability to mentor and work closely with your support team
industry relevant qualifications and Bachelor's Degree
advanced computer skills and IT literacy
ability to build strong rapport with clients, other team members and third parties
excellent personal presentation
exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
high levels of attention to detail and accuracy
commitment to a hybrid work arrangement
the desire to work towards partnership within the business
