As a Senior Financial Adviser, you will:
New business opportunities - maintaining strong relationships with referrers and conducting meetings with prospects.Attending Medical Conferences as required to source new leads.Local & Interstate travel where required.Reviews of existing insurance policies.Servicing of existing client needs; contacting clients to maintain strong relationships and review if their insurance portfolio is still appropriate for their circumstances.Preparing all advice documentation.Overseeing insurance applications/underwriting/new business follow up.About youWe're looking for someone with:
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Risk Adviser.Extensive knowledge of personal risk insurance - Life, TPD, Trauma, Income Protection and Business Expense cover.Proficiency with Xplan (including Risk Researcher), Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.Strong investigative, analysis and problem-solving abilities.Demonstrates a passion and pride in delivering successful outcomes.How we workOur unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients; the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
