We're seeking a dynamic Senior Financial Adviser to join our integrated Financial Services business who excels at meeting new clients and enjoys the initial discovery phase. This role emphasises collaboration and allows you to focus on what you do best: being in front of clients.
What will your typical week look like? Meet and engage with new clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.Manage the client advice process from lead screening to engagement and be accountable for managing a pipeline towards your KPIs.Partner with a team of trusted Findex Accountants and Wealth Advisers.Develop joint account plans with our Accounting team to position our Wealth Management services.Connect clients with an Adviser for ongoing client work.Enjoy a steady supply of leads from our Inbound and Outbound programs. Previous experience as a Senior Financial Adviser, having completed the FASEA exam and listed on the Adviser register.Driven, relationship-focused, and self-motivated.Passionate about meeting new clients and helping them achieve financial success.A true collaborator with exceptional relationship and stakeholder management skills.Top-notch business development skills combined with a drive for growth.Strong commercial and financial acumen.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Ability to travel to Findex offices within the region.
