About the Role Managing the Financial Advisory teamServicing 80 Fee for Service clients with the opportunity to grow the book, and hire more advisers to increase the revenue of the Financial Advisory part of the businessLeads from referrals will come from Digital Marketing, in-house BDMs qualified leads, and in-house accounting practiceConducting review meetings, and some new business meetingsChecking ROA/SOAs to ensure all information is correct and compliant with licensee standardsYou will receive and manage administrative support from an Associate Adviser, offshore Paraplanning, and admin teamSystems and Processes are established.
