We are a fast growing organisation that has 6 staff and are looking for an experienced adviser to join the team. The business was established over 20 years ago, and we have built up a solid client base of individuals, providing them with a comprehensive advice service using ethical investments. We have a family-like culture and embrace a collaborative team environment. We are looking for an experienced adviser to join us and contribute to the achievement of the firm's common goal.
Your new role
As a Senior Adviser joining the firm, your role will be to on-board and bring in new business to the organisation as well as service part of our client base. The business has already has a strong flow of referrals, so an existing client base or strong referral networks is not essential. You will be provided with full paraplanning and administrative support.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful applicant, you will have a proven track record with new clients. You are confident, ethical, self-driven, and truly client-focused. You will have strong business development skills and experience in dealing with our, mainly, pre-retirement clients. You will have either the CFP (preferred) or the Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning, coupled with a degree.
