Professional Designations : Qualifications such as CFP (Certified Financial Planner), FPA (Financial Planning Association) membership, or similar designations highly regarded. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to offer creative solutions to complex financial problems. Qualifications: A minimum of 5+ years' experience in financial planning or advisory roles in Australia. Tertiary qualifications in finance, economics, or a related field. Compliance with FASEA (Financial Adviser Standards and Ethics Authority) requirements. Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning or equivalent. CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification or progress towards this is preferred. Strong knowledge of Australian taxation, superannuation , and estate planning. Ability to prepare compliant and strategic Statements of Advice (SOA) .
