Job Description Working with the Managing Director and CFO, you will be responsible for:
Accurate and timely month-end reporting to include P&L's, balance sheet reconciliations, board packs, etc.Driving budgeting and forecasting.Overseeing AP, AR, and Payroll functions.Preparation of BAS and Payroll Tax.Manage any project reporting.Provide detailed analysis and commentary to assist in strategic business decisions to optimise growth.The Successful Applicant CA/CPA qualified.5+ years experience in an accounting role, ideally with some SME experience.Strong knowledge of Xero.Advanced Excel skill set.Strong communication skills and ability to partner with executive-level stakeholders.Willingness to be 'hands-on' and work across a range of functions.What's on Offer Immediate start.Genuinely caring, supportive senior management, and an inclusive environment.Opportunity for rapid progression to Finance Manager level.Onsite parking.Hybrid working. #J-18808-Ljbffr
