Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role offers the chance to lead a small team and drive accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis for internal and external stakeholders. You will be instrumental in ensuring financial integrity, process improvements, and supporting strategic goals.Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Month-End and Financial ControlsDelivering accurate monthly reporting and ensuring compliance with internal deadlines.Ensuring timely completion of Balance Sheet reconciliations and addressing discrepancies.Managing payroll accounting processes, including reconciliations and ensuring accurate payments.Overseeing fixed assets, capitalisation, and monthly Capex reporting.Leading cost centre reviews and meetings, ensuring accuracy and follow-up on actions.Financial Reporting and AnalysisPreparing financial statements and GST/IAS submissions with accuracy and reliability.Supporting the annual budget process and conducting ad hoc business analysis.Assisting with year-end workpapers, coordinating FBT reporting, and liaising with external accountants.AP & AR ManagementManaging aged receivables and ensuring accurate AP processing.Overseeing Concur expenses and following up on overdue submissions.Driving process improvements across AP, AR, and broader finance functions.Collaborating with teams to identify and resolve business challenges through innovative solutions.HSE ResponsibilitiesActively contributing to workplace safety and hazard management programs.Ensuring compliance with HSE policies and taking reasonable care for personal and team safety.Skills and ExperienceDegree qualified and progressing towards CPA/CA accreditation.Extensive financial accounting experience, ideally within manufacturing or FMCG industries.Proficiency in articulating financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.A strong attention to detail, continuous improvement mindset, and a commitment to deadlines.Why Join Us?Kinross Farm offers a supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth and development.
