Senior Financial Accountant

A highly successful and established Australian logistics market leader is looking for a senior financial accountant to join their growing team. With a focus on ecommerce, this business is experiencing sustained growth and is in both domestic and international markets.They have a people-first culture with great leadership, hybrid working (2 days work from home per week), and career progression. They have a friendly, relaxed, and open team. The office is currently based in the south-east and will be moving to inner city south side of Melbourne in January.Tasks and Role Details:The role reports into the CFO and is a business-critical role performing the following tasks (and more):Reporting on multiple entities - US, UK, Singapore, and AustraliaPrepare financial statements on a monthly basisSpecial purpose financial reporting and reconciliationsLead/mentor finance team staffCashflow reporting and analysisBusiness partner with key stakeholders and provide analysis on resultsGet involved with driving improved processes and systemsDesirable Background:Looking for a talented CPA/CA qualified Senior AccountantOpen to commercial background - Logistics or FMCG industry would be advantageous but also open to other industries2nd tier or mid-tier first mover would also be consideredStrong communication skills - personable, relaxed, driven, and progressiveSomeone who is proactive and process improvement focusedStrong financial accounting skillsetBenefits on Offer:Hybrid working 2 days per week work from homeGrowing international business with a very positive working environmentThis role allows you to business partner with key stakeholders and show initiative to process improveCompetitive salary package 110k to 120k + super pending experienceReports into an impressive CFO and mentor with a strong commercial finance backgroundCar park includedThis is an exciting business to get involved with.
