Senior Financial Accountant

The role will oversee the accounts of all subsidiary companies within the property development and investment group as designated by the Group Accountant.

Description
Regulatory reporting for a licences
Statutory and taxation reporting including annual financial statements
Monthly corporate tax (including FBT) reporting, income tax, quarterly business activity statements (BAS) and annual ATO taxable payments reports
Fuel tax reporting
Monthly management reporting
Month end financial reporting and consolidations
Quarterly management accounts and financial forecasts
Regular bank and finance compliance reporting
Applications for and regular reporting against equipment finance facilities
Ad-hoc project accounting and support
Profile
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have worked in a similar role and hold expertise across both management and financial accounts, including taxation. Ideally, you may have also worked in a property development or investment business and be in a position to commence immediately. Expert communication skills and the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders would also be required.
