Senior Financial Accountant

The role will oversee the accounts of all subsidiary companies within the property development and investment group as designated by the Group Accountant.Client DetailsOur client is a privately owned property investment and development business.DescriptionRegulatory reporting for a licencesStatutory and taxation reporting including annual financial statementsMonthly corporate tax (including FBT) reporting, income tax, quarterly business activity statements (BAS) and annual ATO taxable payments reportsFuel tax reportingMonthly management reportingMonth end financial reporting and consolidationsQuarterly management accounts and financial forecastsRegular bank and finance compliance reportingApplications for and regular reporting against equipment finance facilitiesAd-hoc project accounting and supportProfileTo be successful in this role, you will ideally have worked in a similar role and hold expertise across both management and financial accounts, including taxation. Ideally, you may have also worked in a property development or investment business and be in a position to commence immediately.
