The role
Reporting to the Finance Manager this will start as a stand alone position with the opportunity to manage staff in the future plans for the role as the business continues to expand. The core elements of the role include:
Prepare weekly/monthly reports for various business units and corporate cost centres Prepare journal entries to ensure P&L and Balance Sheet accuracy Monthly balance sheet reconciliations, addressing review matters promptly Partner with the Business in respect to financial reporting and decision support Prepare monthly financial results Assist with preparation of Statutory Accounts Assist in identifying, developing and implementing efficient processes including roll-out of new ERP Ensure compliance with corporate accounting and financial policies Completion of revenue and expense accruals and provision journals Assist with the management and upskilling of a team of finance professionals There will also be a number of systems integration, process improvement initiatives and operationally driven projects to get involved in along the way.
About you
CA/CPA qualified 3+ years experience in a similar role Intermediate to advanced excel skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Audit or strong financial control background highly regarded Don't hesitate to apply!
