Their finance team are highly motivated, keen, smart, and provide a great environment for any ambitious person to grow their own skills.Reporting to a Finance Manager, this role will include:Monthly management reportingMonthly commentary and analysisBudgets and forecasts for a portfolio of assetsProperty accounting including lease and income analysisHalf year and annual external audit workHalf and Annual Year End Financial StatementsMonth-end journals, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, prepaymentsTax compliance Trust distributionsYou will be CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years' of experience, ideally an Accountant who started their career in a Big 4/2nd tier chartered firm and now has some experience in a commercial accounting capacity within a Property or ASX listed business. The ability to work autonomously, operate in a fast-paced environment, solve problems and drive through solutions, and an adaptable nature are all key.Only individuals with Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency will be accepted.
