The Role:Managing a portfolio of clients.Establishing and monitoring budgets including Capex and cash flow analysis.Drive the end-to-end financial management process, including General Ledger management, Fixed assets, month-end closures, and preparation of detailed financial reports.Preparing timely analysis of results for the senior leadership and monthly board meetings, involvement in strategic business planning.Preparation and review of financial statements including Public listed companies.Working closely with a diverse group of clients and providing full compliance as well as value-added services.Foster strong relationships across the organisation and be a key member of the management team.To apply:CA/CPA qualified accountant essential.Five years' experience in a similar role.Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including financial reporting.Technical competency, AASB and IFRS.Strong MS Office skills, with intermediate/advanced MS Excel.Experience using financial systems including leading ERPs.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Proven track record in achieving results with the ability to prioritise and work in accordance with reporting needs.Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in financial management and the subsequent proactive management of such opportunities.Confident in decision making and ability to work with minimal supervision.Flexibility to adapt and respond to changes emerging in a rapid-paced environment.Ability to work under pressure and to tight timeframes.Ability to provide leadership to a medium-sized team.In return:Opportunities to enhance your skills by participating in national and international conferences.Be part of an international firm.A yearly remuneration of $85,000 - $110,000 plus superannuation.Great career progression opportunities for the right candidate.Apply now through our online application form.
