Description Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with USGAAPConduct financial analysis and generate reports to support business decision-making.Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department.Lead the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.Support budgeting and forecasting activities, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial performance.Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Profile Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; working towards CA/ CPA.Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role.Strong knowledge of USGAAP, SOX, and other relevant accounting standards.Proficiency in Dynamics 365 is advantageous.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Big 4 First Movers are highly encouraged to apply.Job Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Flexible work arrangements and work-life balance initiatives.Health and wellness programs.To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
