The business provides a broad suite of healthcare support services to customers nationally and is managed by a highly experienced group of founders and a management team which continues to support an acquisition driven investment strategy. After achieving significant milestones over the last two years, the business now seeks to appoint a technically proficient and career-minded finance professional to their Head Office in Hawthorn.Reporting to the Group FC, the role will support the Group accounting function and play a key role in timely month-end completion, related reconciliations, and reporting. This broad role will focus on accounting and compliance within a fast-paced and dynamic environment and requires an individual who has a continuous improvement mindset, displays significant initiative, prioritization and time management skills, has an eye for detail, and is a team player. Working with a blue-chip finance leadership team will see you mentored and developed as you contribute to the development of a first-class finance function.This challenging and engaging role is likely to appeal to a qualified CA or CPA who is seeking to significantly enhance their career by taking on a broad and highly accountable role in the group function of an acquisitive PE owned business. You will have worked in a similar corporate environment or accounting firm and possess strong technical accounting skills and an aptitude for developing solutions for accounting issues within an acquisitive group. This role will have regular contact with stakeholders across the group of companies that have been acquired and will therefore require someone with the energy and drive to manage changing priorities and a collegiate & professional work ethic.
