ResponsibilitiesThe role reports to the CFO and is part of a small hands-on finance team.
The key tasks are:
Manage 1 direct report, the Assistant AccountantPreparation of management reports and reporting on projectsMonth-end reporting including profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow statements, budgets, and forecastsBusiness partnering with department leaders - providing accurate reporting, analysis, and insightsDaily, weekly, and monthly cash flow managementAssist with board reportingPayroll management with support from the Assistant AccountantManage and implement internal and 3rd party systemsProcess improvement projectsBackgroundDynamic Senior Accountant with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and highly drivenCommerce and industry background (any industry is fine)Experience in a similar broad, hands-on roleAdvanced level Excel and strong systems userStakeholder engagement - be proactive and able to problem solveAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentA great and broad scoped roleTerrific culture, great leadership, and an amazingly talented teamA fascinating, unique, and highly successful businessHybrid role with flexible start timeExcellent salary package: 130k to 140k + superCareer progression to Finance Manager down the track #J-18808-Ljbffr
