Senior Financial Accountant

YOUR MISSION The role of Senior Financial Accountant will support the Senior Finance Manager with key financial accounting matters relating to the PUMA businesses in Australia and New Zealand. The role is responsible for assisting with the creation of documented policies and procedures, and assisting with projects where required. Key responsibilities include: Accounting journals and reconciliationsROU asset accountingFixed AssetsMonth-end reportingFinancial statementsCash forecasting and treasuryPayroll accounting and reportingInsurances administration and managementExternal and internal auditsRoyalty reportingAssist with documenting policies and proceduresAssist with the project of transitioning banking and banking facilitiesManaging the upgrade of the ZOHO expense management platform and assisting with the implementation of the ZOHO purchase order systemOther tasks include assisting in process and system improvements, and ad hoc requests as assigned. YOUR TALENT A minimum of 5 years accounting experienceCPA/CA qualifiedAdvanced MS-Office skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsOrganized and process drivenTaxation knowledge covering both Australia and New Zealand
