Senior Financial Accountant

Role Overview: This role supports the Financial Control team in delivering a quality month-end process, enabling effective performance reporting and analysis. You'll need to bring a proactive, can-do attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for process improvement while collaborating with an offshore team.Key Responsibilities:Lead month-end close processes, performance reporting, and financial analysisApply strong accounting knowledge and analytical skills to improve financial controls and governanceDrive process improvements by streamlining month-end activities, including financial modelling, commercial analysis, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliationsSupport internal and external audit requirementsEngage in stakeholder management with a proven track record of delivering results under tight deadlinesQualifications:Relevant accounting degree (CA/CPA preferred) with experience in financial controlDetail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously
