The role: Responsible for managing partner relationships and delivering monthly contribution reports. Acts as the primary point of contact for addressing sales, margin, inventory, and cost-related issues. Builds and maintains business relationships with sales organizations. Manages management information (MI) processes and conducts performance analysis. Ensures compliance with financial and control policies. Collaborates with finance teams to provide relevant MI to the business. Contributes to financial planning processes. Utilizes commercial awareness in decision-making. Identifies and implements process improvements. Ensures compliance with relevant accountabilities. Supports the evolution of financial offerings in line with business strategy. Provides assurance regarding the integrity of financial information. Essentials: Bachelor's degree in related field ideally Accounting or Finance. Member of recognised accounting body. 5 - 7 years financial accounting or equivalent experience Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Continuous Improvement approach to operating processes Team-focused, results oriented Conflict resolution and ability to find solutions to complex issues Communication-verbal & written Business acumen & Commercial awareness of the business Ability to build sound relationships with stakeholders and business partnering experience based on trust
