Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for: Preparing and managing accurate monthly financial statements and reports.
Overseeing compliance with statutory requirements, including tax obligations (GST, FBT, and BAS).
Leading the month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
Driving improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting efficiencies.
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Partnering with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and guidance.
Supporting external audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies.
About You: To excel in this role, you will have: Proven experience in a financial accounting role, ideally within a fast-growing organisation.
CPA or CA qualification (or equivalent).
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax compliance, and financial reporting.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
