As they continue to expand, they are seeking a talented Senior Financial Accountant to join their finance team and contribute to their ongoing success. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and deliver accurate monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow; Provide financial insights and variance analysis to support decision-making; Assist with month-end processes, such as reconciliations, journal postings, and results review; Ensure financial reporting complies with accounting standards like AASB16; Act as a finance point of contact for property-related matters; Assist in preparing statutory financial statements and year-end audit requirements; Support weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting; Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance team; Collaborate with external auditors and business functions to provide necessary data; Support the finance manager with various ad hoc tasks as needed. Experience Required: CPA / CA qualified; 5+ years of Financial Accounting experience; Solid understanding of Australian Accounting Standards; Practical experience with tax compliance and reporting; Advanced Excel skills; Proven accuracy in report production; Experience with group consolidation and intercompany transactions.
