This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to thrive both professionally and personally in a location that offers more than just a career path.Key Responsibilities:Collate and analyze financial data, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.Business Insights and Support:Offer financial support to business leaders, translating insights into effective business decisions.Relationship Management:Maintain strong and proactive relationships with business leaders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.Compliance and Reporting:Uphold and understand the business compliance framework, contributing to statutory reporting processes.Process Improvement:Contribute to the design and development of business process improvements, emphasizing efficiency and effectiveness.Oversee the production of accurate and timely management information, including weekly, month-end, and quarter-end reporting (P&L and Balance Sheet). Also take responsbility for capital/CAPEX reporting.Payroll and Accounting Entries:Review and post payroll entries, accruals, and prepayments. Reconcile balance sheet accounts for month-end.Budgeting and Forecasting:Assist with budget forecasts, cost planning, and internal management reporting. Engage in business partnering with regional farm and cross-functional teams.Technology Proficiency:Leverage previous exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems.
