About Our Client The organisation is a privately owned Property Developer and Property Fund located in the Heart of Melbourne's CBD. Job Description The Senior Financial Accountant will be responsible for the following (but not be limited to):
Balance sheet reconciliations for all entities in the group Year-end tax packs Ad hoc analysis and duties Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register for all entities Posting closing adjustments to ledger Maintaining relationship with external accountants and auditors Financial and Management Reporting activities The Successful Applicant CA qualified or partly qualified Immediately available Business services/private clients/audit background is ideal Experience in a similar role Outstanding communication required What's on Offer Competitive rate Start ASAP Opportunity to transition to something longer term or permanent #J-18808-Ljbffr
