The opportunity:Be at the heart of our mission to become the world's most customer centric Healthcare company!The Senior Finance Systems Analyst will report to the Finance Systems Manager – Epicor, Coupa and ExpenseMe Pro, and will play a key role in supporting and administering Epicor, Coupa and ExpenseMe Pro systems being used by Bupa Australia. This role will support the delivery of system solutions including upgrades and API integrations.How will I help?Assist in the system delivery and support of regular Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe processes on a timely basis including user maintenance and audits, and month end processesEnsuring the accuracy of the financial data in Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe to ensure accurate and timely reporting to the Bupa APAC Market UnitEnsuring Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe systems accurately reflect the true financial position of the Bupa APAC Market UnitEnsuring Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe reports are consistent with source systems such as Workday, Chris 21 etcWork with the Financial Systems Manager to develop strategies to improve the Epicor, Coupa, and ExpenseMe SystemsPlay a key role in the development and implementation of future initiatives, upgrades, APIs and reporting relating to the Epicor, Coupa and ExpenseMe systems that support financial systems strategiesWhat do I need?Degree qualified in Business / Information Systems or related disciplines (Accounting degree with CA or CPA also desirable)Functional and Analysis experience with Finance Systems (Coupa, ExpenseMe, Epicor desirable) and projectsDemonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersTrack record of improving finance system processesMinimum of 5 years work experience, (Financial Service Industries preferred), in Finance Systems.
